“ I am not a local, but stumbled upon this place while visiting another local shop. Since then I have returned many times even though it is not geographically convenient. Despite the name, it is far more than just a kebab shop. While you can get an excellent kebab, there is much more on offer. They bake their own bread and pide and BBQ all their skewered meat over charcoal. There is also plenty of eat in and alfresco tables always full for good reason. The atmosphere is informal, busy, and family friendly. They have loads of staff, all working flat out to keep up with their many customers.My teenage children, who are champion eaters, shared a mixed plate lamb, beef and chicken and struggled to finish a massive slice of fresh pizza. The BBQd meat on the mixed plates was delicious and accompanied by plenty of salad, sauces, condiments and fresh bread. We waddled out full, but spent only about 20 per head. ”
